Breakfast.
Mango and papaya yogurt with tropical granola, blueberries, half a banana and a cup of cranberry and orange fruit tea.
Lunch.
Jacobs chive crisp breads with pesto cream cheese, cucumber, a nag of chilli ryvita and a glass of water.
Dinner.
Spinach, olives, sweetcorn, red pepper, tomato, cucumber, chilli brie, red pepper houmus, cashew nuts and herby new potatoes.

The meals look so delicious. Have't had Jacobs crackers with cheese spread in a long time and now I want some haha.
