What I ate Wednesday #1

If you are a regular over here you will have noticed that my posting has been a little random lately (Sorry about that). I am actually working out a new post schedule at the moment but I think i'm going back to my old schedule of Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. 

So moving onto today's post, I love reading these posts on other people's blogs and I have decided to include more lifestyle stuff on my blog as I always enjoy writing the posts so I really hope you enjoy them too. Breakfast 


Special K almond porridge made with semi skimmed milk topped with banana's, sultana's and cinnamon. 
I also had a glass of water.

Lunch 



Mediterranean ryvitta topped with Tesco low fat chilli spread cheese and red pepper. 
To drink I had a glass of strathmore raspberry and apple water which is completely delicious.

Tea



For tea we had taco's with lots of veggies, salsa and cheese.
I had some more water to drink.
