#2014Bloggerchallenge #2 - A skincare haul.

The First thing I thought when I got the email through with the second topic for the 2014 Blogger challenge I thought about doing my skincare routine but I recently picked up a load of new skincare so I have decided to do a haul with mini little reviews. Enjoy!

Boots essentials fragrance free cleansing wipes £1.50 each, Currently on 3 for £3

This is kind of cheating as I don't actually use these on my face, I use them to wipe swatches of my hands but I thought I'd pop them in anyway!

Nivea extra gentle eye makeup remover £3.49, Currently £1.74

Nothing interesting here, I needed a new eye makeup remover and this one was on offer. I'm actually really liking this it's super gentle and takes off all my eye makeup.

Boots Botanics softening cleanser £4.99 Currently £3.49

I've been using this as my first cleanse to remove my base makeup and I really like it, the smell may not be to everyone's taste but I really like it. I really like the texture of this and find it works really effectively.

Boots Botanics Hot cloth cleansing balm £8.99 currently £6.49

This is definitely one of my favourite things I bought, I really find my skin feels really soft and nourished. The only thing is it leaves an oily residue on the skin but with another product I have to show you today that problem can be easily fixed.

Boots Botanics Rose water toning spritz £4.99 Currently £3.49

This has to be my favourite product that I bought, not only does it smell like Turkish delight and help remove the oily residue from the cleansing balm but it's so refreshing. I could imagine it being so amazing on a hot day or after a workout.

Boots Botanics Facial oil £9.99 Currently £4.99
I was very skeptical about getting a facial oil as my skin is already oily enough but after reading a couple of blog posts (I say a couple I mean about 50) I decided to give it a try, and I really like it. I was worried it would make my skin produce more oil but I have found it's really calmed my oil production down. If you have oily skin I would highly recommend trying out a facial oil.

Boots Botanics Super balm £4.99 Currently £3.99
This is just a multi purpose balm that can be used anywhere, I've been using it on my lips and on a dry patch between my eyebrows and I've been finding it to be very effective.

I hope you enjoyed my 2nd 2014 blogger challenge post.

  3. Oh the hot cleansing clothes sound amazing! My skin is so sensitive I've yet to find anything that doesn't break my face out. So I just use water & a cloth, boring!
